For founders and companies

Build apps and MVPs

A web app or the first version of your product, where users can sign up and pay. Also as an iPhone app on the App Store if you need one.

  • Next.js, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel
  • Built with Claude Code
  • First version with a fixed scope

Who it's for

For founders who need a first version real users can work with, and for companies that want a web app of their own.

What you get

  • A web app with sign-in, a database and, where needed, payments via Stripe
  • If you want one, an iOS app via Capacitor, the way WakeWin was built
  • A live preview where you can see every stage

How it works

  1. 1We agree on what the first version needs to do, and on a price.
  2. 2We build in short stages.
  3. 3Launch in your accounts.
  4. 4Handover of code and access.

What we work with

  • Next.js, React, TypeScript
  • Supabase and PostgreSQL
  • Stripe and Vercel
  • Capacitor for iOS
  • Claude Code

Work

Where we've done this before.

Three apps of our own, all live, including one on the App Store and one on a monthly subscription.

    WakeWin

An iPhone alarm that won't give up until you're out of bed. Started as a Lovable prototype, taken to the App Store with Claude Code.

To switch it off, you photograph a household object, an AI checks the photo, and a few quick puzzles follow. Built with Capacitor.

    What it shows

The path from a Lovable prototype to an app that passed Apple's review and is live on the App Store, with AI image recognition at its core.

    Nalurio

A subscription product that writes a new bedtime story every evening, starring the child it's written for.

Several AI models work in stages. One plans the story, one writes it, and an independent review stage checks quality and safety before it goes out. Nalurio is live on a monthly subscription.

    What it shows

AI-written text, safeguarded well enough to go out to families every evening.

    LeadGrid

B2B contact lists from a single search. Its marketing runs on its own, with three guide articles a week that ChatGPT already cites as a source.

LeadGrid pulls companies and their phone numbers from Google Maps, then adds email addresses and contact names from their own websites. Lists come as CSV, Excel or straight into HubSpot, with the first five rows free as a preview. The guides are written and published on a fixed schedule via GitHub Actions.

    What it shows

Marketing as a scheduled process rather than a constant chore, and visible in ChatGPT's answers.

Working together

How we work.

  1. Fixed price or day rate, agreed upfront

Before any work starts, we agree together what will be delivered.

  2. Remote, or on site in and around Munich

Most of the work happens remotely, in English or German, on Munich time. For the kick-off or the handover we can also come to you in and around Munich.

  3. Your code, your accounts

We work in your repository and your accounts. We don't keep access to your production systems once the project ends.

  4. After handover, it runs without us

You get a written description of how everything fits together. With the code, the accounts and that description, someone else can carry on if we're ever unavailable.
